unzip the file.
if you download the exe version, make sure you have the fallowing installed

download https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase-jdk14-downloads.html if you dont already.

as well as https://www.java.com/en/download/

copy the folder in the unzipped folder into your java project.
